This privacy policy governs your use of the software application XC Guide (“Application”) for mobile devices that were created by Developer Indyflyersoft.
The Application is a software tool to help find paraglider or hang glider pilots during XC flights.
The Application obtain your position (with user permission) from GPS when you run the Application. The Application (with user permission) can also open your phone contacts to help you find mobile numbers to send your position to and to contact pilots you are tracking.
If provided by the user, the credentials below may be saved in the Application so the Application can find other pilots near you and track you:

FlyMaster Group ID
Livetrack24 username and password
SkyLines Tracking key
Airwhere Pilot ID and Registration code
OGN Device ID
XC Globe username and password
OpenSky username and password
Loctome username and password
SportsTrackLive email and password
If provided by the user, your SPOT feed ID and InReach map share URL may be saved in the Application, to allow pilots using these systems to be tracked by you.
This information provided to the Application by the user is not shared with any third parties. It is held inside the Application's memory and only used by the Application to provide the retrieve and tracking functions.
In addition, if the user requires, (with user permission), the Application will collect your latest position. It may also download your wing photo, automatically, from Livetrack24 and AirWhere.
To enable efficient retrieves, the Application determines your precise location automatically via GPS. This position is not shared with anyone else unless you request the Application to do so.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application.
You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
No User Provided data is made available to us by the Application, or kept by us.
